(2009-10) Structuring the alliance included negotiations, finalizing terms and overall strategy for the Indian company. SIMPLIFYING BUSINESS is assisting a few Australian boutique businesses in exploring in cross-border trade opportunities. |

Assignment included Property Acquisition, Approvals, Business Planning, Financing, Project Delivery, Processes and Systems establishment including IT and Practice Management. (2000-02) Commercial and Retail Property Sectors SIMPLIFYING BUSINESS jointly recommended a retail reconfiguration strategy for a landmark site in Blue Mountains region in NSW (2013). Sachin has been involved as a Senior Executive, in delivering significant commercial and retail projects, in his previous roles in Australia and India. Projects (in various stages) include- IT Park in Pune, Special Economic Zone development in Pune, Retail Mall development in Kalyaninagar, Pune. (2011) He along with his associates has been involved, in a senior capacity, for preparing business case for SRV applications for councils in Sydney metro area as well as councils on Central coast area, NSW. Procurement Simplified Business have been involved in procurement for local governments in New South Wales and Queensland. (2005-2007) Simplified Business have managed procurement for projects ranging from $1 Million to $110 Millions. Simplified Business possess extensive experience in procurement models including EOI, Tendering and Alliances. Simplified Business have provided advice on Innovative procurement including private sector participation and PPP models to deliver public assets. (2011-12) |

Sachin has formulated a rigorous project management framework for managing large projects, for a local government in Hunter area. The framework encompasses industry best practices within Capital Expenditure Guidelines of NSW. (2011-12) In his various roles, Sachin has delivered multiple complex, high visibility projects for Local Governments in NSW & Queensland.
